Any intellectual property developed or provided as part of our services remains the property of iT2T Technologies unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use such intellectual property solely for the purpose of receiving the contracted services.
By engaging with iT2T Technologies services, clients agree to the terms outlined in our service agreement. This agreement details the scope of services, responsibilities of both parties, billing and payment terms, as well as any additional terms specific to the project or engagement.
We adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our services. These SLAs outline the expected response times, resolution times, and availability commitments for various support tiers, ensuring that clients receive the level of service they require.
We prioritize the confidentiality and security of our clients' information. Any sensitive data shared with us during the course of our engagement is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is only used for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a notice period as outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled, and any intellectual property or confidential information provided by the client will be returned or securely disposed of as per the client's instructions.
